After our receipt of all original documents, (Note; Trust deed and Request for Reconveyance), and examination that the original Note does correspond with the Trust deed, we will issue Full or Partial Reconveyance, as requested.
We accept Substitution of Trustee to enable you to receive our Trustee Services for the purpose of obtaining expedited Reconveyance or for timely foreclosures.
